I have a VW beetle w/automatic transmission which did not want to shift to overdrive. I called many shops that would not touch it. One in Harford county that repairs german cars said to junk it. The car only had 90,000 miles. I found Jim Jennings and called them. They offered to test drive it for free. They later called back to say they reprogrammed the computer and drove it for 3 days. There is nothing wrong with the trans. I picked it up at no charge! How many shops today will spend time repairing your problem at no charge? I have since put over 1300 miles with no problems. I went from the junkyard to back on the road at no cost. Gary & JC is excellent. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them for their honesty.
